As a part of COVID relief and on-going food security, SM buys local Molokai grown food (produce, fish, beef, shrimp, eggs, etc) and donates it to the Monthly Molokai Food Bank Distribution to supplement Maui Food Bank Items for our Molokai’s Food Bank Pantries.

Sustʻāina ble Molokai now operates one of the island’s Food Bank Pantries: Maunaloa Pantry at Maunaloa General Store.
After Aunty Jan’s Food Bank retirement, Sustainable Molokai is aiming to perpetuate her lifelong legacy of service to the ‘ohana’s of Maunaloa. Her granddaughter, Kawana’ao DeKneef serves as the Maunaloa Food Pantry Coordinator.

Time: Tuesdays, 10am-2pm
3rd Thursdays of the months, 1pm-2pm
