Molokai Community Energy Resilience Action Plan (CERAP) is an independent, island-wide, community-led & expert-informed collaborative planning process to increase renewable energy on Molokai. Molokai CERAP Vision: develop a portfolio of clean energy projects to achieve 100% renewable energy for Molokai that is feasible, respectful of Molokai’s culture and environment, and strongly supported by the community through an island-wide planning process that is community-initiated, driven, and led. The mana’o of our Molokai community is critical to help guide the process of becoming a resilient clean energy island. View the 2023 Molokai CERAP Report >> "This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to change the way decisions are made on Molokai. The community has the power to decide what Molokai will look like in our energy future, and we need everyone to participate, ask questions, and share manaʻo." — Leilani Chow, Former Energy Program Coordinator
